Common questions

Does it work offline?
UNI requires an internet connection to process commands — the AI runs on our servers. The addon itself installs locally inside your software and the connection is minimal (just the text of your command).
Does it replace learning the software?
No — and it's not meant to. UNI makes you faster at what you already know, and helps you discover techniques you hadn't thought of. The generated code is readable and you can learn from it.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 7 days, UNI stops accepting commands and shows a subscribe prompt. Your account stays active and your data is preserved. Subscribe at any time to pick up where you left off.
Is there really just one plan?
Yes. $21/month gets you everything — all 9 platforms, unlimited commands, voice in and out, all AI models including DeepSeek R1, and web search. No upsells, no credit packs, no feature gates.
Can I switch platforms mid-session?
Yes. You can have UNI open in Blender and Maya at the same time — each addon manages its own session. Commands are platform-aware so Blender commands never accidentally run in Maya.
How does the voice work?
Hold the mic button in the panel, speak naturally, release. Audio is sent to our Whisper speech-to-text system, converted to text, then passed to UNI. UNI also speaks back to you via ElevenLabs voice synthesis — both directions are included.
